Supervision & Coaching

Owners & CEOs

Being an owner or CEO often comes with a responsibility that cannot be fully shared – even with a skilled board or an experienced team. The solitude of decision-making can at times feel heavy.

That’s why we offer a sounding board tailored for those in this position: a space where you can test ideas, gain fresh perspectives, and find clarity in difficult choices. These conversations foster both clarity and courage – making a difference in strategic matters as well as in everyday decisions.

When you sign a 12-month conversation agreement, you also receive a 15% discount on all our other services – a long-term investment in both yourself and your company.


Corporate Training

Corporate trainings and workshops are powerful tools for developing leadership, culture, and ways of working. They offer an opportunity to bring teams together around shared questions, build engagement, and create a common direction forward.

Our trainings are always designed in close dialogue with you and can be tailored to everything from short workshops to longer programs. They are often used in connection with change processes, organizational analysis, and evaluations – moments when the organization needs fresh energy, deeper knowledge, and practical methods.

Levels of Leadership

Leadership is not a single skill or trait – it is an interplay between different levels. To develop sustainable and authentic leadership, we need to work with ourselves, with our relationships, with the groups we lead, and with the structure of the entire organization. Each level highlights a different dimension of human interaction, and together they create a whole.

Working with leadership at this level is crucial, since most important decisions, conflicts, and development conversations take place in smaller settings. A leader who can build trust in one-on-one conversations, create clarity in dialogue, and remain present in more difficult meetings develops a power that influences the entire organization.

Here, leaders practice the ability to be authentic, to listen deeply, and to give feedback that both challenges and supports. Relationships thus become the foundation of both group dynamics and organizational culture.


Individual & Leadership

Leadership at the individual level is about self-leadership – the ability to lead yourself before leading others. This can mean managing stress, understanding your emotions, and finding ways to stay motivated in everyday life.

When we develop our ability to listen inward and take responsibility for our own reactions, we also become more confident, clear, and authentic as leaders. Self-leadership is therefore the foundation of sustainable leadership.

Relationships & Collaboration

Leadership in relationships becomes visible in the meeting between two or three people – in the close interactions where trust is either built or broken. This is where leaders train the ability to build trust, truly listen, and stay present even in challenging conversations.

Relationships are key to motivation, engagement, and performance. When a leader can create safety in these encounters, it lays the foundation for both effective teams and a strong organizational culture.

Groups & Teams

At the group level, leadership is about shaping the interaction between several people. It may involve building cohesion, managing conflicts, or clarifying goals and roles.

A well-functioning group unleashes creativity, courage, and accountability – but without conscious leadership, the dynamics risk becoming fragmented and the energy lost. By leading the group with clarity and presence, it becomes a space for growth, learning, and shared results.

Organization & Leadership

Leadership at the organizational level focuses on the bigger picture. It is about creating structures, culture, and processes that enable both individuals and teams to succeed.

The organization needs to be able to carry change, evaluate its ways of working, and build a culture that lasts. When the organization is shaped by clarity, shared values, and sustainable systems, it not only becomes more effective – it also becomes an environment where people thrive and contribute in the long term.

This four-part model – individual, relationship, group, and organization – was chosen because it reflects the reality of working life. We are always operating on all levels at once, but often one level is where the tension lies or where strength needs to be built.

By making these layers visible, it becomes easier to see where development work should begin. When we work with all four levels in parallel, the leader grows, relationships become safer, teams more creative, and the organization more sustainable.
